Complaint Department didn’t start with a pitch deck or a product line — it started in a CrossFit gym that didn’t even have jump ropes. I was managing the gym, training every day, and realizing people needed gear that actually worked and felt like them. So I ordered some ropes. Then made sweatbands. Then tees. One by one, things started to click.

What began as a few useful items turned into something more — a brand built for the ones who show up, complain out loud, and still get the work done.
